Is there a report or personalization to determine which items already have a picture attached on the item card?
I think you have to do a custom report or view to do that. You can not filter on the image being present or not. But in code you can check if the pic is uploaded or not.
Into a report is true you’ll need to have it written. To just get a view you could do something fairly simple. Go to the tenant media table use this to get there: docs.microsoft.com/.../admin-view-table-information
Once you’ve done that grab the data from the item table and do a vlookup against it. If you need something more robust then a developed solution might be better. An api based option could be adapted from this: community.dynamics.com/.../how-to-get-picture-from-mediaset-through-standard-apis
