
Hi everyone,
So, BC is working and linked with my exchange. All steps have been followed and till there everything seems to be ok.
Now, when I go BC > Contacts > Process > Sync with O365, the system ONLY SYNCS the Person data (name, phone/mobile, email, State) despite the fact that in Outlook I have filled the fields with more info such as COMPANY or the Business Address.
I'm expecting that by syncing Contacts in this way BC be able to create COMPANY contact as well, I mean the whole lot.
Is it that possible or I'll have to do the process manually or via .csv??
I have the impression that could be a missing config of "Outlook Sync. Entities" card (in the Administration Menu).
Any help is more than welcome.

Only company contacts that do have their Email address stored.
