send email from CRM

Hi, I can not send email or appointment through CRM, I guess I need configure the email settings as below,

I need change incoming, outgoing and appointment to server synchronization, right? for the server profile, it can not find my outlook exchange server, how can I add it?

Hi,

There are a few considerations before you proceed. Start from:

1. Does the user have an Exchange email created?

2. If yes, have you Approved Email using O365 Global Administrator?

3. Test & Enable the mailbox and wait for the Async job to run the test results.

4. Were the Tests successful for the mailboxes? Check the Exchange mailbox for the test email created during this process.
