When I create a new email template for an Opportunity entity, I see two Account and two Contact fields. I assumed it was related to the potential custom relationship. I created a generic template with the first and second account fields and the same with the first and second contact fields. No values appear for the second field of either account or contact. Does anyone know what they reference or how to change the names?
BTY, this is in a new 2013 trial.
