Error message when adding a D365CE user via power platform admin

Hello,

I have 2 users whose accounts are active in Azure AD/Entra ID and have both CE license and Security groups assigned to their profiles. These users are not syncing into D365CE and when I try to add them manually in Power Platform admin, I get the error message below.

Please assist

The user accounts are both Active in Azure AD

Is this where you add users? And then got this error?

Based on this documentation:

Users who has added to one security group and have license should be added to environment automatically.

Maybe you can try to force users sync through this ways:

1)Using power automate.

2)Ask the user to log in to the app.

1. Yes adding the user from the power platform admin produces the error in the screenshot above.\

2. Force sync is Failing as well.
