Power BI error message

Hello,

I turned on the Power BI service in our instance 2 days ago and am still getting this message when I try to create a Power BI dashboard. How do I get past this to be able to create the Power BI Tiles?

"Dashboards or tiles couldn’t be retrieved from the Power BI service. Please wait a while and then try again. If you continue to see this message, contact your system administrator."
