Cannot download service packs and hot fixes from partnersouce

We are a silver partner and can place user and maint orders. But get an error message

when we try to download service packs. We have tried to change browser settings but it 

appears to be a security issue at the Microsoft end with the latest update to partersource.

    Try these recommendations if you haven't already:

    mbs.microsoft.com/.../fileexchangeissue

    If that doesn't resolve the issue, create a support case and let us know what file(s) you need. We can create an FTP site through the support case and send you the files that way.

    It was a security  issue with the logins and was finally resolved by Microsoft support in India.
