Hello,
I am trying to get a percentage figure for GP by department. I have the departments on their own rows, but it will not do "cal" 160/460 (rows), for example. It just divides the actual number 160 by 460, and I need row 160 divided by row 460.
Can you help? Thanks!

Are you using FRx or Management Reporter? If using FRx, to do a calculation on a row you need to precede the row number with the @ character. For example, to divide row 160 by row 460 you enter @160/@640. If you are using Management Reporter, you do it the same way.
