I was hoping this might be something that could be done pretty easily. Doesn't appear so. I'm pretty sure that setting is held in "usersettingscollection". But, of course, that table only has the GUID for the user. So, in order to make any sense of it, you would need to first go and get the GUID's for all of your users and then query that table to get the value. I believe the field is "trackingtokenid".
