What you're going to need to do is query (Power Query is the most reasonable tool for this) the "User" entity/table as well to get the GUID's for the users.  Power Query gives you the ability to append the queries together.  So, essentially, you would query the User table to get the user GUID's, then use those GUID's against the "usersettingscollection" table to produce the report.  And if you use Power Query it can be refreshed by just doing a data refresh in the Excel file.

Or, you can obviously use PowerBI if you have licences for that.  I'm cheap so I don't have PBI licenses so I try to find ways other than PBI

    Hi Venkatesh,

Thanks for your response. But I don't want to this. I want to report  user settings.

I managed to report the relevant domain! But which table will I map this GUID to?

Venkatesh Nadar, the OP asked how to REPORT on the settings.  Your link had nothing to do with that.

I was hoping this might be something that could be done pretty easily.  Doesn't appear so.  I'm pretty sure that setting is held in "usersettingscollection".  But, of course, that table only has the GUID for the user.  So, in order to make any sense of it, you would need to first go and get the GUID's for all of your users and then query that table to get the value.  I believe the field is "trackingtokenid".
