Cant log on our crm

Good day.
We have licenses for dynamics CRM but cannot log into our tenent. it says disabled

    Based on your description, we are unable to find the exact cause of the problem. Could you please provide us with more information about this issue, e.g. screenshots of the errors reported, etc.?
    In addition, according to the official Microsoft documentation, this may be because the Dynamics 365 instance is associated with a security group of which you are not a member. You can ask the Dynamics 365 administrator to add you to the security group associated with the Dynamics 365 instance you are trying to access.
