Anyone has good experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce versus other e-commerce platform? Is it worth cost especially Microsoft Sales insist on minimum 20 users license
Certainly! Dynamics 365 Commerce is a great e-commerce platform with several unique features that can help businesses of all sizes manage their online operations efficiently.
Compared to other e-commerce platforms, Dynamics 365 Commerce offers seamless integration with other Microsoft applications such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, allowing businesses to streamline their operations and gain valuable insights into their customers' behavior and preferences.
Additionally, Dynamics 365 Commerce provides advanced inventory management, order fulfillment, and omnichannel capabilities, making it an excellent choice for businesses operating in multiple sales channels or with complex supply chain requirements.
Hi, maybe you could consider Dataverse, but I think it's relatively complicated.
Dynamics 365 Commerce provides a unified data solution through out-of-the-box integrations with Microsoft Dataverse and Azure Data Lake Storage.

Business Central Integrating with Microsoft Dataverse

Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Thanks again,
We do have that figure and Shopify is not available on an On-Premise environment as what I was told plus I looked into Shopify before and does not look to be sufficient for our products. You can take a look www.waytoshop.com
For use with Business Central you should look into using Shopify where Microsoft is offering an out of the box connector.
The license pricing for Microsoft Commerce will depend on a lot of factors.
If I read the licensing guide correctly you should not consider that plattform unless you have around 20K transactions per month.
Thank you Daniele, I agree with you and I am at a stage to take decision and rather spend the money to implement Dynamics Commerce rather than spending it on others, but the Microsoft team whoever they are, are not responding and their call centers wherever they are go over the script in front of them waste45 minutes of our time and their time, have no clue and no call you back or even respond by email yet they take tons of information from you
Just one quick question to know, is it true what I am told that I have to pay $180+$4,000 per month whether I have one user or 20 users, they say I am obliged to buy 20 users minimum, is that correct or those agents on the phone do not know? Appreciate if you do know
hi
Firstly, it is important to note that Dynamics 365 Commerce is designed to be a comprehensive solution for retail and e-commerce businesses, offering features such as point of sale, inventory management, and omnichannel commerce capabilities. However, some businesses may have specific requirements that are not fully met by Dynamics 365 Commerce, or may prefer a different e-commerce platform for various reasons such as pricing, customization options, or user interface.
Additionally, businesses may have already invested in another e-commerce platform prior to implementing Dynamics 365 Commerce, and may not want to switch to a new platform due to the cost and disruption it may cause. In this case, they may choose to integrate their existing e-commerce platform with Dynamics 365 Commerce to take advantage of its other features.
Furthermore, while Dynamics 365 Commerce is available as part of the Dynamics 365 suite, it may still require additional licensing and implementation costs, which some businesses may find prohibitive. In contrast, other e-commerce platforms may offer more flexible pricing plans that are more accessible to businesses with smaller budgets.
Ultimately, the decision to use Dynamics 365 Commerce or another e-commerce platform depends on the specific needs and preferences of each business. While Dynamics 365 Commerce offers many features and benefits, it may not be the best fit for every business

Thank you, I did post it there. Frankly I do not understand why Business Central Dynamics 365 users need to look for reasonably priced e-commerce platforms elsewhere when Dynamics 365 Commerce is available and Microsoft can make it available reasonably
Hi WayToShop - I think your question should belong to a different forum. This forum specifically addresses D365 Business Central ERP related queries. Here is the link to the forum you should be probably posting in community.dynamics.com/.../commerce
