Adxstudio benchmark figures

Hi Dynamics Community

I am looking for some benchmark figures on the benefits/gains from using Adxstudio Customer Service Solution (self-service, case management etc.). An example could be "37 % decrease in enquires by phone"

I have not been able to find any on the Adxstudio website - can anyone guide me in the right direction?

    Hi Kasper, I am not aware of specific metrics that any of our customers or partners had documented and published prior to acquisition. I expect you will only find motherhood statements as customers were typically very protective of this kind of detail. I never understood that position but respected it none the less.

    Thanks for the fast reply. I am aware of the case studies, but unfortunately they do not contain any hard numbers, which is what I need. We have a client that is considering to integrate Dynamics CRM with portals, but they want to know about the quantitative benefits before they move on.

    Hi Kasper, iv never come across such benchmarks for portals but there are case studies www.adxstudio.com/.../case-studies
