Lookup fields in the Unified interface is not returning the when special character is included in the search. (for example searching for contact "O'brien" does not return any result.)
Have anyone faced this issue and resolved it?
Hi,
I just tried this and it worked for me. I created a contact with the name "Kevin O'Brien" and then search it as "o'brien". You can try this at your end as well and see if it works or not. If not, then check if the name field is enabled for quick find?

This bug has indeed already been identified and a fix is currently being rolled out.
Depending on your region, this *should* be between October 10th and October 26th.

The fix is not yet rolled out in Australia. Any idea when MS is planning to fix this?
Hi Ravi, The field is already added for quick find but does not work only in unified Interface
I checked again and there seems to be a delay on this - if the error is the same, it could be in fact deployed between November 1st and November 22nd.
