I have a new RTM journey that uses a custom trigger to send a customer voice survey to event participants just prior to the end of the event. The wait step holds the journey until 30 mins prior to the event end time then sends an email with the customer voice survey link generated via the custom trigger/power automate. This generation of the survey link is working fine, however the emails are not going out when expected. It looks like the custom trigger is passing the Event End Date/Time as UTC rather than the event time Zone (New Zealand). How can I 'tell' the journey to base it's timings on the Event Time Zone rather than UTC.
I checked our Marketing Settings in Advanced Settings and the customer journey time zone is defined as NZ, but I am guessing this applies to standard customer journey's and not Real Time Marketing ones.
Appreciate any ideas or advice on this one, thanks.
Hi UmbJo,
Unfortunately, there is no setting to configurate the Time Zone in the Journey.
As a workaround, you could manually convert the end time of event to UTC and then pass it to the Journey.
