Creation of Menu in Entity form using Dynamics 365

We are using Model driven Power Apps (Dynamics CRM) for Development of one of our products called Themis. We are using Entity forms of MDPA to design the business process journey.
One of the key ask from business is to have Menu items for the entity user is working on. Currently, we dont have any design that helps create a Menu for an entity.
Users are expecting a menu bar with tabs, also want to add dynamic text / Dynamic Icon in the menu item (showing completeness / pendency of the process under that menu item).
Currently we are using tab sections, ribbon action buttons to create a menu item, but it is not helping with the dynamic Text/Icon for the menu item.
Kindly assist us for a solution with this.

    Hi,

We have analyzed your needs and you can either use /Ribbon WorkBench/ or use the PCF control, which in my personal opinion is relatively simple.

The website in the link below contains some common PCF controls that hopefully will meet your needs.
