Management Reporter Reset Data Mart Error

Hi all users,

I am trying to reset the date mart of the financial reporter and facing the below error.

if someone know the solution, then please answer it.

Hi,
Please note: To ensure that no old data is inserted, you can only start a data mart reset after completing an existing task. If you try to reset the data mart before all tasks are complete, you may receive this message: "Unable to process the data mart reset due to an active task. Please try again later.

Hi Raj,

A few suggestions to resolve the above mentioned issue.

1. In the LCS Environment landing page, restart the Financial Reporting service and try resetting your data mart. If this doesn't work, then restart the Finance and operations apps service (after ensuring all the users are logged out of the system in use).

2. If step number 2 is not working, then follow the steps highlighted in the link below.
