We are showing that we have received 3 lines from PO# BTS00033842 on Receipt BTS00014186. Smartlist is showing this
But we are not seeing received in Inventory- still showing on order on the PO. Can you advise? What is going on? Where would we look to fix this?

I have the same problem with the out of the box smartlist Purchasing | Receiving Line Items. It shows 2620 QTY Shipped but POP10500, POP10600, & POP30310 show 1000 as does POP10110. What table am I missing?
The customer resolved this on their own. Thank you for all your help. I truly appreciated it.

The query comes out no data at all on SQL after execute.
Out of the box, unless something went drastically wrong, I do not think it is possible to post a receipt of inventory without a receipt date. I still suspect that this is not actually posted. Have you confirmed that this receipt is posted and not sitting there stuck? Can you try running the following query in SQL and see if it returns anything? (First change PutYourReceiptNumberHere to your receipt number.)
select * from POP10300 where POPRCTNM = 'PutYourReceiptNumberHere'
select * from POP10310 where POPRCTNM = 'PutYourReceiptNumberHere'
Customer says "What happened was one shipment was received without received date, caused the Inventory balance not reflecting the right balance. We tried to pull the receipt and enter the received date again. But none of us is able to do it. "
So how can we fix that?
Look at the Date Received on the screenshot of the SmartList - it is 1/1/1900, meaning 'no date' in GP-speak. Depending on how this SmartList is coded, that may indicate either that the receipt has not been posted yet, or perhaps a stuck/orphaned transaction.
I'm with Dan on this one. Someone created this SmartList with SmartList Builder. Looks like the query needs to be modified.
Since it is a Smartlist Builder object (no std object of w/bins), I would start with table relationships. Also, instead of equals to connect tables, try left outer. Another thing to look at is what you have as the main table. Looking closely at the first screen, you do have 3 separate item numbers, so the 3 individual lines is correct. What is the goal of the smartlist?
