Developper Workspace broken on AX2012

Hi everybody,

I'm facing issue with developper workspace. the toolbar is broken.

I've tried multiple solution :

- close / open client

- close client, reset AX user cache with other admin account, open client

- delete *.auc from user folder

- restart AOS

Nothing worked. Note that I dont face this issue with other accounts.

    FYI

    This morning, the problem appeared again and after little investigation, I discovered where it come from. I reproduced it with an other account too.

    It appear when you activate the trace.

    Deactivating the trace, closing and reopening client solve the problem too, no need to delete user.

    Deleting and recreating the user solved the problem, thank you.

    Usually in these kinds of situations (strange issues in the system) it's good to look back and identify what changes were made to the system since it last worked correctly.

    You wrote that "I dont face this issue with other accounts." Does it mean that this only happens with one user account in one system? If yes, please delete that user from AX users and re-add it.

    Hi,

    Have you tried deleting usage data for the user and restarting the client? It has resolved this issue for me in the past.
