Creating resource requirements per task rather than OOB per project resource

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone has a solution for create requirements from project tasks on a "per task" basis?  The OOB function to create requirements creates a bookable requirement that only identifies the project and total effort required - we need it more granular, per project and ideally to use the assigned resource(s) in project.

Would prefer powerautomate, but open to ideas and I would ideally like to utilise OOB functionality as much as practical.
