Hello, I have a scenario in Microsoft Dynamics 365 where some users are unable to see if there are any document attachments, whilst others are, for the same record (eg purchase order).

I have looked into the following:

User rights - both users have the same system roles.

Files size restrictions - files are less than 1mb

Browser issues - did hard refresh, tried different browsers, tried inPrivate browsing, results remain the same.

What could be the problem?

Moved from D365 general forum to D365 Finance forum, because it seems to be about F&O and not about D365 in general. Please let me know if you disagree.

What if user A clicks on the icon? Will it still show no attachments?

Can't there any any extensible data security applied?
