hi there,
just curious, is it by default that we can't do anything for CM transaction (Made by RFC process) on Application inquiry/reversal screen?
thanks.

Hi Elaine,
thanks for your time :)
I tested what a CM looks like when it hasn't been applied.
And, yes, all options are invalid. Since the only thing you can do with a CM is to unapply it, makes sense that you can do nothing in this situation.
hi.just wondering. is it true, the problem caused by:
- the document still has full balance (not yet applied to other document)?
thanks.
Since I can't identify the problem, I can't tell how to fix it.
HI,
think the the problem only occur for that CM document. other CM-RFC documents work fine.
is there a way to fix?
thanks
If you open the CM in document maintenance, does it look any different than a CM created in AR?
If you pull up a different CM from RFC, is the result the same in Application/Reversal?
I can't think of any other reason. Even if I reverse a CM and try to reverse it again, it still is not greyed out.
hi,
result for that query is empty. and I checked on the ardoc, that transaction has been released (rlsed = 1).
any advice?
thanks
If the CM is in an unreleased batch, I could see not having it available.
Select refnbr, siteid,* from artran where drcr='u' and custid = 'xxxxx'
Hi Elaine,
thanks for reply.
I tried with that user ID and sysadmin, both have same issue.
or maybe there is dependency on some fields in database, which control the availability "process"?
thanks
