Hi All,
I am the process of inviting a user to use our portal. So far i have been testing as an admin and that's great. However, when i use a stock standard security from CRM on a dummy CRM user, I am not able to create an invitation. Please see below my steps.
1) Dummy user has mailbox enabled. Customer Representative security role. Send invitation privilege set to organisation
2) Dummy user creates new contact in CRM and assigns account against contact.
3) Click create invitation.
Here is where the issue is, the invitation is "created" in active read only form (ie the correct information is populated in the information) but i cannot save the form hence no code created nor can i send the invitation.
The Send invitation workflow is set to organisation. What am i missing?
