Inventory Don't update

RMS 2.0SP4 SQL Server 2008r2 express. When I reveice the inventory Some Item don't update. I have  many items are minus. Is there any  resolution to solve the problem ?

    Does this happen to the same items each time? Did it just start when you installed SP4?

    Have you checked the Item Movement History report? does it show the missing movement records? How frequent does it happen?
