Hello,

Is the only way to associate a contact to multiple accounts and the Contact should able to see both accounts in the Self service portal to create cases.

Eg:

Contact  - Chandu

Accounts: Costco and Walmart

Chandu should be the contact for both Costco and Walmart

When Chandu logs in to the Self-service portal, he should able to see both accounts to create cases.

    Hi Chandu,

Yes, you can associate a contact to multiple accounts when create case in the portal.

By default, there is an OOB field named ‘customer’ in the case form, which can be filled with account value from the contact when you create case in the portal.

So you just need add another account lookup field to the case form.

    You can refer following steps:

1.Crete new 1:N relationships, and add lookup fields to the form.

    (1) 1:N relationship between Account and Contact.

    (2) 1:N relationship between Account and Case.

2.Create entity Permission for account based on contact, which make account lookup view just show records that related to the contact.

    3.Test.

Now, leah(contact) logs in portal can view both accounts related to herself when creating cases.
