Unable to rotate secret on UAT environment

I'm running into an issue with encryption errors after a database copy when trying to post new invoices in AR. /Encryption error occured with exception: Microsoft.Dynamics.Ax.Xpp.Security.CryptoEncryptionException: Encryption error occured with exception: Microsoft.Dynamics.AX.Configuration.CertificateHandler.NoCertificateFoundException: No certificate found for id/
 
The suggestion from Microsoft support was to rotate the SSL certs and I did this previously and it resolved the issue. But the option to rotate secrets isn't showing up under the maintenance dropdown. Anyone know a work around to this issue?

    Hi, I faced this issue few weeks ago and Dual-Write configurations were the issue for me. Deleting it, resolved for me. You can take backup of DB before deleting.

    Based on the problem you described, it seems that you have a problem with the rotate secret option, and I found a document for you detailing when the rotate secret option is missing: Known Issues with SSL certificate rotation feature in LCS - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Blog.

    I am guessing you are referring a development environment. You cannot rotate a certificate on a UAT environment being a Microsoft managed environment. 
     
    Here a fix to resolve the certificate issue on a oneBox instance.
