Plugin gets triggered irrespective of the filtering attributes

Hi,

I have a dynamics crm plugin on update of contact and specified the filtering attributes. Also, the plugin has post and Pre image for all attributes. My plugin gets triggered irrespective of the filtering attributes. Please advise what could be the problem?

The reason I am saying plugin is triggering irrespective of filtering attributes is - In the context I see some fields which are not part of filtering attributes and also plugin gets hit when doing the debug.

Please advise how to fix
