Cannot see CRM modules in outlook

Hi,

I am connected with CRM 2013 on prmise and have the outlook add on.

I can see the CRM tab at the top and can select and create CRM activities / advanced find etc but when I go to the left pane and go into the different CRM folder, I cannot see any information? Do you know where I can start looking?

Have you followed the link above to set the registry keys? It usually helped us and our customers.

Thanks for your answer, see below print screen with expanded section and the note at the top saying its waiting CRM Server...

Note configuration wizard was done and successful.

Hi,

Are you saying that the Task Pane does not appear on the left hand side of your outlook window?

Can you please provide a screenshot and additional details? What Outlook version are you using?

Is it possibly that not all Task Pane areas/groups are expanded, and it's there, but you are not seeing it?
