Good day,
- I have a requirement to setup email router between exchange pop3 server and CRM.
- When an email is sent into exchange mailbox then it should be sent vial email router into MS CRM as incoming
- Then on MS CRM the email must create a case.
I have configuration for both incoming ans outgoing emails ,on the email router ,they work well,and have the status of successful.
To test outgoing email I create an email activity within CRM and sent it to exchange,this happens and works like magic(Outgoing tested and I am happy with That)
To test for incoming email into CRM from Exchange, I have a server profile that is referencing the exchange server details and the credentials
I then have a mailbox which is inside a queue both are within the server profile,meaning the emails is supposed to be sent to the mailbox then inseted into a relevant queue
When sending an email to exchange server,the exact email is not sent to CRM,what could the course to this be?(this is my anticipated result)
When I perform advanced find I cannot find any incoming email ,what does this mean?
Although the test came out as successful for both incoming and outgoing email configuration profiles
Is there any other setting that I have missed,
Is it not enough for email configuration settings to send emails from exchange to CRM?
