how to add test database to mr 2012

Hello,

I'm setting up a test instance of our MS Dynamics 2016 and MR 2012.  I have the integration set up, but I am told that I need to add a company.  I have the test company with the "TWO" database, but am not sure how to add it to MR.  I'm a network administrator type, but not a MS GP2016 master so please be kind!  Thank you.  Patrick
