Does CRM allow for the sales manager to track and audit the activity of his sales team?

    Hi Ron,

    The short answer is yes.  However, there is no built-in place for a Sales Manager to go that is already configured to monitor the activity of his team.  You would need to define the types of activities you want to track in order to determine the best way to record and report on that activity.
