Hi Everyone ,

Can anyone help me, what is the difference between Receive Now quantity, Ordered quantity, Registered quantity, Product receipt quantity, Registered quantity and services in Purchase order and sales Order in Parameter Quantity while in Purchase Order. Can anyone explain detail functionality as well as the Process\Scenario please.

    Ordered quantity: The value of the purchase quantity specified in the purchase order line.

    Registered quantity: The value of the quantity the you physically registered through registration or item arrival.

    Receive now quantity : the value is from the Receive now field on the purchase order.

    Registered quantity and services : The value of the quantity the you physically registered through registration or item arrival. + The value of the lines related categories

    Product receipt quantity: Used while invoicing only to retrieve the quantity specified in the product receipt.

    Thank you for your response. Can I ask you little more, sorry I am getting little greedy.

    Can You please further explain process & a scenario for the Registered quantity and services & Product receipt quantity please.

    Where should I give value of product receipt quantity, though it will highlight in product receipt.

    Same in Registered quantity and services also.

    If you can provide any Snapshot link / Vedio Link that show the process, that will be very much helpful for me.

    Unfortunately I  don't have links for or videos showing the process. In general this depends on the the business needs to determine which quantity should be retrieved while receiving or invoicing according to the explanations that I mentioned .

    Ordered quantity: The value of the purchase quantity specified in the purchase order line.

    Registered quantity: The value of the quantity the you physically registered through registration or item arrival.

    Receive now quantity : the value is from the Receive now field on the purchase order.

    Registered quantity and services : The value of the quantity the you physically registered through registration or item arrival. + The value of the lines related categories

    Product receipt quantity: Used while invoicing only to retrieve the quantity specified in the product receipt.
