when the master planning is running it is creating planned purchase order per item (join the item from many sales orders in one planned purchase order) how can i generate different planned purchase order per item per sales order (if the item is repeated in two different sales orders it create two different planned purchase orders)

Coverage code = Requirement is the way to get this. The setting on the Coverage group is not being overridden by something different in Item coverage, is it?

    Hi Guy

i did that but i found many sales order is coming in one planned purchase order

    for example

i have two sales order SO1 and SO2

    SO1 need 300 m from item A

    SO2 need 500 m from Item A

after i run the master planning the system generate one planed purchase order with Quantity 800 m for item A

what i need is , the system create two planned purchase one 300 m and the other one 500 m

Guy and I are telling you the same thing.

On your itemA you need to check 2 setup : coverage group (coverage code has to be Requirement) and nothing overriding the default coverage group setup in the item coverage (on the Plan tab in the upper part of the released product > Coverage > Item coverage)

I've just tested it on a USMF environnement and it works.

    - Create ItemA

    - Allocate the Req coverage group to it

    - Don't do anything particular on item coverage

    - Create 2 SO for a quantity of 300 and 500

    - Run the StaticPlan filtered on ItemA

-> you should have 2 planned order generated instead of 1.

If you can run the same test on the USMF environnement and then compare to your current setup you should find what's wrong. I think you probably have a "Period" coverage code in the item coverage somewhere.
