I said to make a folder called Backups on the root.
C:\Backups
Now backup to there.
Try this.
Open CMD as an administrator and paste the following with correct details:
osql -U sa -PYourpassword -S computername -Q "BACKUP DATABASE databasename TO DISK = 'C:\xyz.bak'"
