If your company is ready to go with third party tool like Scribe etc or you can use SSIS.

So that you can implement your own business rules, data sanity etc.

    Hi Ayesha,

You can use the third party tools like Scribe or KingswaySoft SSIS Toolkits to migrate data from SQL database to Dynamics CRM.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks!

Hello guys, Can we discuss better the best solution in order to managing the syncronization from the CRM 2016 Online and the local data management system?

At the momenth waht do you think about the process? What kind of data must be syncronized and what is the best way in order to approach the problems?

I don't think there's a clear preference in to choose between a Stored Procedure, View or a query. It's probably best to do what your company is used to.

One choice might be to use a view or stored proc over a direct query, is where you want to mange your query, on SQL server or in the consuming tool, and what options the consuming tools has. E.g. stored procs with a select statement aren't always fully supported as far as I know.

Security to the data might be a reason as well.

It all depends on why you are asking your question.

My question rise beacuse we are a software house and Microsoft patner and our customers required to fully integrate the CRM to the local ERP or other applications.

For this reason I'm searching a best way to approach the problem both for the process point of view or for the solution tool.

Could be an interesting idea to discuss the different approaches used.
