Intrastat report setup

Hi, 
 
I was wondering how this field, Default Country/Region, is populated. It is grey so one cannot fill it in manually on the intrastat report setup. Where does one fill in the default country/region in Business Central for intrastat? Picture below is from a cronus in a german localization.
