How could I generate QR code in power automate for event registration?

We are trying to synchronize event attendees from eventbrite by power automate, after retrieved attendee's profile, we will create event registration record in power automate flow.

But we found the event registration record was created successfully, qr code can not be shown in event registration form.

We also tried to open the qr code in a new page, got error with /no resource with given identifier found/.

There is an action named msevtmgt_GenerateQRCode, could we call this action to create qr code and bind with event registration record?

I can't reproduce what you're talking about.

I created one flow to create event registration records for testing:

In the form, QR code can be shown:

If you create event registration directly in the app, will it display the QR code correctly?

Try to refresh form many times.

Tried again just now, the registration id must follow the format pre-defined, just like "ER xxxxxxxx", I tried to input an id with other format like "xxxx-xxxx", system would not generate the QR code.

Hi Roger Lou,

In fact, registration ID is automatically generated by system if you create event registration in the app.

And ER as a prefix is by-design.

You can set this to null in the flow, then it will generate id with 'ER'
