We are having a hard time attaching files(e.g. PDF, Docs, Excel, etc.) in Dynamics 365 Business Central. Our ITs have already checked the internet provider, internet connection, storage capacity of PC and even upgraded our PCs. We have also tried observing the difference of working from home and working in the office, nonetheless, the problem is still the same. What could be a solution for this?

1. Was your environment upgraded from a lower version?
2. Are there any customizations deployed on attachments?
