Is it possible to email letters out of the applicant window in HR?

Is there a way to track information about a requisition such as required education or job duties?

Can items on the to do list in HR be flagged to notify a week before due?

Can the AR aging be emailed out of GP?

    My answers are based on my understanding of standard GP setup

    Is it possible to email letters out of the applicant window in HR? No

    Is there a way to track information about a requisition such as required education or job duties? This is handled in the Position / Pay code setup

    Can items on the to do list in HR be flagged to notify a week before due? I don't think so

    Can the AR aging be emailed out of GP? - Yes
