Hi There,

I am trying to import a KB articles in bulk even i can able to create for all thee fields except the articeXML field, am not sure about the format for the below field. Can anyone please suggest.

This wont help me anymore, May i know the code format for KB article data XML file. Will you please send it, if you have.

Hi Partner,

You can see articleXML value with web api,

e.g: org.crm.dynamics.com//api/data/vX/kbarticles(record id)?$select=articlexml

As what we see, it's XML format string to store question and answer:

formatted xml structure:

Where is your Dynamics region?

Canada

Lorem.

So you can build XML in Visual Studio code firstly with XML editor extension, then remove line breaks and paragraph breaks into single line and populate it to the field for import.
