Detect which command is running the report - PRINTASPDF vs. PRINTASXML vs. PRINTASXLS - Dynamics NAV 2015

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

As simple question to more knowing: I have report that gets run with PRINTASPDF and PRINTASXML

The report includes the company logo as bmp data. This is useless information in XML so is there a way to detect the report is run through  PRINTASXML and then let the image out of the file?

Or some additional arguments to the command running the report so that certain fields would be left out?

Hello  - We currently do not have dedicated Dev support via the Dynamics 365 Business Central forums, but I wanted to provide you some additional resources to assist.  If you need assistance with debugging or coding I would recommend discussing this on one of our communities.

I will open this up to the community in case they have something to add.
