crmForm.all question

Hello - I've been using the XRM method of crmForm.all in my js resources to get a handle to the fields on CRM forms. However, it doesn't look like I can use that method through the F12 console ("crmForm is undefined").

Is there some type of script reference I can include in the F12 console in order to be able to reference crmForm in the console?  Thanks!

    RE: crmForm.all question

    Thanks Josh, that's great info.  I'm working on my first CRM project which is a CRM4 to CRM2011 migration.  I was not aware that crmForm was CRM4 specific and essentially deprecated in CRM2011.  It looks like I'm on UR11 based on the info at this url: crmdynamo.com/.../crm-2011-update-rollup-release-build-numbers-and-how-to-find-them

    UR11 = 5.0.9690.2835

    MYUR = 5.0.9690.2840

    UR12 = 5.0.9690.3236

    Sounds like you're saying the setting is only available on UR13+?  Is that correct?

    Hi Andrew,

    My name is Josh Wells and I am a support engineer on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM support team.  I have reviewed you situation and I have some questions.

    First, I am a little confused on what you mean by saying that you are using the "XRM method of crmForm.all ".  Not quite sure what you mean here.  Realistically, you should only be using crmForm for CRM 4.0.  If you are developing new jscript for CRM 2011, you should not be using crmForm.

    In addition, what Jason mentioned only exists post UR12.  What UR is installed?  Post UR12, you have to enable that option in order for crmForm to work properly.

    What exactly are you trying to do?  We may be able to help you more if we understood your business scenario.

    Try this:

    Settings -> System Settings -> Customizations Tab -> Check the box for Include HTC Support...
