Deactivate Record after "valid until" date has been reached

Hi Community,

I have a field "valid until". When the entered date has been reached, the record shall get deactivated. Is there a way to achieve my goal by using crm standard functionalities?

If you want to have intermittent issue where the workflow triggers sometimes and don't trigger sometimes, you can go ahead with waiting workflow. (Imagine the workflow waiting for half year until the user is deactivated?)

Otherwise you can look for some scheduled workflow implementation for CRM which give you flexibility and much scalable.
