Production Order Release Planning Worksheet

Issue: When Planning Worksheet outputs an action on a Production Order, NAV will not allow us to release the production order. Below error message.

Action: We are then having to go into the Planning Worksheet and delete that line item to release the production order.

We know we can use Planning Flexibility on the line item of production order but is there a way to leave the production order within the MPS/MRP run without blocking execution?

Thanks Amit, not sure this helps with the system error. Power BI is a reporting tool essentially to best of my knowledge.

Thanks Zhu, thinking about this. Is our best control using freeze periods with out planning startdate. So rather than startdate of today, make it today plus 2 weeks for example? This should prevent us impacting production orders that are ready to be executed. Thanks

Hi, As far as I know this may need to be customized. This is a standard control, and there are some risks involved in modifying it directly.
