run-time error '-2147417848 automation error

Every time I click on item properties in Headquartes Manager I get:          Run-time error '-2147417848 (80010108)': Automation error

What can it be?

I tried the following:

-Uninstalled Headquarters (checked Remove registry settings).

-Re-installed Headquarters.

It only happens with the items properties.

    What is your default printer?  If something weird like a label or receipt printer, change it.

    Leonel,

    Thank you for your question. Next to Jeff's suggestions, I would uninstall one more time, this time manually go into the registry and remove the registry settings for RMS Headquarters. I would also rename the Headquarters program files folder. Restart the computer, and then reinstall.
