Am having an issue with a new SafePay implementation

- whereby the module will not load any payable transactions now.  Someone mentioned it may have something to do with not being able to upload more than one file a day - does anyone have any experience with this module and can provide some insight on what we may be doing wrong - or better yet, should be doing?

apparently bank reconciliation needed to be registered for this to work.  Thanks for your help

Then you need to go to upload maintenance and verify your checkbooks are added, your bank id is set up, your output format is selected.  You also need to set the date range in the transactions upload window.

Once you generate a safepay file for transactions in the transaction upload window and you confirm that they are uploaded, then they won't show anymore in that window.  I don't know if you  did that or not.  However, you can always go to the transactions history window and see what you have uploaded and re-upload there.  If that's not the case, then you just haven't set things up all the way.  You can use KB850752 as a guide for getting safepay set up initially.
