trial environment recovery

Hi community,

I made a trial environment on cdx for customer engagement and was using trial of customer service, me and my team was working on it, accidently yesterday, that environment was deleted, i tried to recover in power platform admin center., but i cannot see any recently deleted environment, i have to recover that environment, kindly help.

    Hi Nidhi,

    As the documentation said:

    You can recover a recently deleted environment (within 7 days of deletion), by using the Microsoft Power Platform admin center or the Power Apps cmdlet Recover-AdminPowerAppEnvironment.


    but i cannot see any recently deleted environment

    Have you tried to change browser or private browser or clear browser cache to test again?

    If still invisible, you need create a support ticket for Microsoft Support team and if they can find this environment in the backend database they can restore it.
