Have anyone experienced /The download was canceled as the maximum download time of 60 minutes was exceeded/ this error? I have 3 D365 environments on-premise , the first 2 are sand box and production environments deployed and can be updated for many months. recently I created a new sandbox but received download timeout error. The network and internet speed are good. I try to manually download package from asset library to the new environment also fast as usual but every time I deploy to this environment will have time out. the standalone package downloaded size was about 1,4GB out of 2.9GB only.

    Hi,
    The sandbox environment generally takes 30 minutes to 1 hour to complete the deployment. If the deployment fails, please create a Microsoft support ticket and provide the "last activity ID" in the support ticket.
    You can also use the Issue Search tool in LCS to quickly search for Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) articles, hotfixes, and workarounds for reported issues.
    Or try to delete this environment and redeploy.

    Dynamics 365 Finance And Operations OnPrem Deployment Error - Unable to download Artifacts - Session Timeout after 60 minutes - StandaloneSetup.zip downloads less then 200 MB in 1-hour time.

    Solved it by testing every available internet provider, and it only worked with one specific service provider. In Saudi Arabia, that provider is Zain. It didn’t work with STC or Mobily.
