I am using integration manager to bring in SOP invoices. Works ok in my environment but when I recreate integration in another environment, all items are coming in with header only and line items are not updating. Integration and setup are the same on both computers and I am not getting any errors. Do you know what could cause this?

Are you integrating Inventory Items or non inventory items? Check that Allow Non Inventory items is checked in Tools >> Setup >> Sales >> Sales Order Procesing >> Options.
