Since Tuesday 11 February, the import functionality to import data into Customer Insights - Journeys has stopped working. I know the interface changed recently (no longer being directed to a new window to import data), but I don't think that is the issue.
Previously, when navigating to Advanced Settings > Data Management, the import button was called "Imports (preview)" and that worked for importing data. Since 11th February, the button has changed to just "Imports", minus the (preview), and now data imports don't get past the submitted stage.
I don't have administrator access but I'm told by our IT department that there's nothing untoward in the 'back end' of Dynamics that would be causing this. Apparently they are able to import data in their test environment too, just not in 'live'.
Is there anything that anyone can think of that would be making this happen? Any help would be greatly appreciated in making this work again!
