
If a file (or files), that was used in an ISV solution (or any solution), is removed in the next version/update, does the deployable package take into account that this file (or files) will be removed when you install the update and thereby prevent 'orphan' files or does it leave it in the ISV folder ?
The real question is, should we always uninstall the ISV solution and then install the update afterwards, because the installation does not handle this.
Can't seem to find any details on this in Microsoft Docs...
